BOOKING

Quick booking answers.

A 50% deposit secures your date. The remaining 50% is paid by card on the day of your shoot. Deposits are non-refundable (we block the day for you and turn other bookings away), but they're transferable if you need to reschedule with at least 14 days' notice.
For Classic and Deluxe packages, you can split the cost into 7 monthly instalments at no extra cost. The first instalment is your deposit. The shoot happens once the full balance is paid, so plan backwards from when you want the shoot.
Yes. With 14+ days' notice we'll move you to any available alternative date at no charge. Inside 14 days we may need to ask for a small admin fee depending on the situation — get in touch and we'll always try to find a way that works.
We get clients travelling from London, Manchester, Bristol and beyond. Direct trains from London Euston take around 1h 20m. We're happy to recommend hotels near the studio in your confirmation email — there are good options within a 5–10 minute walk.
Usually 3–4 weeks out for a weekday slot, 6–8 weeks for a weekend. Sometimes there's a last-minute slot from a reschedule — always worth asking even if your date is close.
